A new ‘Execute R’ feature allows you to connect to and run R commands in either StatXact® 9 or LogXact® 9, including:
open and existing R code file and execute it in the Cytel Studio 9 environment (StatXact® 9 or LogXact® 9)
write and execute new R code in the Cytel Studio 9 environment
connect case data in Cytel Studio 9 with R code
For example, to fit a linear model to Myeloma.cyd stored in the Samples folder of Cytel Studio 9’s installation directory, simply select the data node and write the R commands shown:
