A WorkLife FrameWork is a set of creative tools that empower you to take far greater advantage of what the Mathematica language and user interface have to offer.

The scope of A WorkLife FrameWork is independent of the field that you work in, or whether you are an expert or a beginning Mathematica user. It provides a rich selection of options for interacting with and extending, organizing, and visualizing your everyday work in Mathematica. This includes:

  • Organizing many aspects of your work with a set of tools unified by a simple but malleable paradigm
  • Creating a blog directly from Mathematica using the front end's graphical and typesetting capabilities

  • Tracking and automatically analyzing data

It is a largely palette- and dialog-driven package in which much of the functionality is also accessible programmatically. This makes it quite extensible, and many useful front-end tools are included.


About the Developer

David Reiss of Scientific Arts has been using Mathematica since its inception. Over the years he has realized the beauty and power of Mathematica's language and the potential of its front end. This inspired him to create a set of tools that would be useful in his everyday life, whether in his technical computation and writing tasks or in his broader creative work.
